Distinguishing between the breath and Prana.

You hear people talking about controlling prana and holding the breath. What are they really talking about?

Prana is a spiritual analog of the oxygen in the air. You hear commentators of Yoga, when talking about the science of the prana, pranayama, as being the science of the breath.

You do these exercises of bringing  the breath up the right side, holding for a certain length of time, and then exhaling down the right , etc.

You are manipulating the breath, right?

Yes, you are manipulating breath. But if you only manipulate the breath, you will never learn Pranayama.

When you first learn pranayama, your awareness is only on the breath. What you slowly begin to understand is that the prana is disguised by the movement of the breath. As you learn more, you begin to understand that the two can be separated.

 Kriya Yoga is especially good at this approach, starting the student on the separation  of the two by having visualizations of the energy traveling up the spine, over the head and back down the spine to the base of the spine. What they don't tell or emphasize until much later, is that your physical breath has stopped during the practice.

So all different variations of Pranayama are to teach the student how to distinguish and separate the breath and the Prana. Once that goal is accomplished, then the process of controlling the prana begins in earnest.

The question should arise in some of the reader's mind, if it is this easy to explain, why is it not taught this way? There are several answers to this.

Some teachers do not know, even in their tradition, that they are to separate the breath and Prana. they use the breath as an adjunct to the Prana, like when they break wood and blocks.

Some teachers do know, but delay instructing that separation has to be achieved, so that the student will stay longer and help the teacher to live his life. 

There is also another reason. The teaching process creates a bond between the teacher and student. In some  way, there is created a current and a connection between the teacher and student. What the teachers does affects the student. What the student does affects the teacher, as well. The teacher, because he has been the student, knows and is wary of how the student can affect his life. But he is reluctant to tell the student of this connection, and even delay teaching something so powerful. Why is this so? Because telling the student empowers the student with this knowledge. Knowledge is truly power.

So if these issues are there, why do I give power to people that could affect my life? it is because it will affect my life, but for the better. It is by creating a different type of aspiration in these students, that the fear of misuse is greatly lessened. What is that aspiration?

That aspiration is the actualization of the great saying, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you". What I teach along with these great secrets is that whatever you do to others will be done to you, and very shortly at that. There are not a great many books written warning people and kids to stay away from hot stoves. It is because the negative consequences are evident right away. The time between action and reaction is too soon for the lesson to be forgotten. 

Interconnectedness of things, winning at business

I went to a investors forum for start ups yesterday. I was extremely interesting from an energy standpoint, so I thought it would be interesting for other people that were interested in spiritual energy, as well.

First off, this is the first type of meeting I have been to after I started drinking the PRANA Water.

This morning, I am free of that dragged out feeling that you usually have the morning after. So, that's a  real plus. Something else that has changed for the better. How often does that happen?

What I realized this morning, when I really understood, was that youthful feeling of being able to go  forever, after just a short rest, was back with a vengeance. 

To have the realization that my energy level, instead of being wiped out, was ready to go again, makes this breakthrough in energy a tremendous advantage for anyone trying to make their business go. 

When I talked to some of the people that were there to get funding, the biggest mistake that they were making was to be so focused on getting their business funded, that they literally could not listen to anything else. If it's one thing I learned about getting businesses funded, it is that the race that you run is a marathon, not a sprint. And a marathon is won by being able to outlast the other runners, not by having a clever way to get more speed in the short run. 

So now one of my tests is to see if someone is interested in the PRANA Water. If they are so focused on their own thing that they cannot listen to some one else's story, then their business is likely to fail in the long run. Why have anything to do with them in the short run?

Because the PRANA Water is a story that will help to help them succeed.

An awakened Kundalini makes demands

That's a great question. And to be quite honest I'm not sure. I was under the impression that having the energy awakened would among other things give me a heightened sense of clarity and connectedness to my true nature and all that is. The present moment. I was hoping that I would be guided towards what to do with it. is this not one of the "effects" of the awakening? A clearer communication with source? A removal of blockages physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual in nature?
if so, I welcome all of those results as I am a serious "seeker" & keep being guided back to things related to kundalini. I do have apprehensions bcuz I know this is very serious business. I need a practice that wrks & some guidance frm someone w experience. I have taken ayahuasca 7 times with amazonian shamans. If you r aware of this medicine, how does it relate, if at all? Can you give examples of the kinds of demands you speak of? (GORG).

(Michael) I waited to answer this question last to form the example of answering the other questions you had.

 In your desire to know more about the Kundalini, you had to expend time and energy, your most precious resources, to ask more questions about the Kundalini. Because of my pursuit of expanding the presence of the Kundalini in my life, I am answering the questions from you and others.

The future is always present in the Now as a shadow of things to come.As you get closer to the future moment when the shadow will manifest, the shadow gets bigger.

In the case of the sincere seeker, like yourself, there is always a feeling of the approaching moment when the Kundalini will awaken. Even if the nadis have not been cleared, there is this impending  feeling like a lightning storm is about to break. There is tension in the air. 

The PRANA Water was developed to help many people awaken their Kundalini quickly, without much help from a 'Guru'. Perhaps someday I will explain how this this product is in line with the trend to make concrete the path of the siddha's, as are tv and cellphones. The drinking of the water brings on the removal of blockages, a clearer communication with the source, and a connectedness with all there is. These are signs of clearing of the nadis, in preparation of the awakening of the Kundalini.

These signs are not the awakening of the Kundalini. These signs can be compared to the chirping of birds in the predawn light. When the Kundalini awakens, it is like the Sun coming up with the first start of Beethoven's 9th. There is just no comparison.

The Water is in the tradition of drugs, like ayahuasca, and gems, etc, that can give a glimpse into the state of samadhi. The problem with drugs, etc, is that you leave that state, and come back to a mundane existence. 

You learn over time that you are addicted to the state, not the drugs. This is the conclusion that Richard Alpert came to before he met his Guru, Neem Karoli Baba. When he met his Guru, his guru asked for the LSD he had with him. When he took the drug, there was no change in him. Baba Ram Das (Richard Alpert's spiritual name) concluded that the state that Neem Karoli was in also included that drug induced state as part of his being.

The main difference between the Water and drugs is that the Water first clears out the nadis, allowing the Kundalini to awaken naturally. Then there is an awakening that is permanent.

An awakened Kundalini is our natural state, and only is not awakened in a normal adult because the Kundalini cannot rise through the Sushuma, as that nadi is blocked. To awaken the Kundalini without clearing the major nadis, would cause disease or death.I have met people that awakened the Kundalini and subsequently died from that improper  awakening.

The full force of the Kundalini is not awakened when drugs are used, as that would cause death. Instead, a small window is opened to look at a small part of the vast panorama of experience that is available.

To summarize, here are some examples of the demands that put upon you in your desire to awaken the Kundalini. There is a time honored path of the siddha's that minimizes the dangers associated with the Kundalini. Prudence demands that you accept a path like this (there are others) to safely awaken the Kundalini. Subsequent demands are put upon you once the Kundalini is awakened. My writing to you is an example of the demands put upon me.

Is PRANA Water  safe for children as well?

The action of the algae is to make you feel better as an adult, so you would think that algae would also make you feel better as a child. I do think that that is true, as when the algae dies in your intestines it gives up the same nutrients that cells need at any age, not just as an adult.

I do think it would make a child's IQ higher, because the cells that make up our organic computer are better fed. And I think that a child would grow bigger and stronger, just like immigrant children when they move to America with its better food compared to their home country, grow bigger, stronger, and smarter than the children back home.

The concern I would have with very young children before the age of six, is that the brain in the time period between 3 to 6 years of age, kill off brain cells in order to become better organized. The brain cells with the fewest interconnections die off. This is the reason it becomes much harder later in life to learn a new language.

Because this is process that somehow better prepares the child for survival during its life, will postponing the the death of cells, as the cells will be better fed, make the child better off or not? Or will the process continue, even though the cells are better fed?

If it was my child, I think I would wait until there was better information coming through the system. I would wait to see how 6 year old children do first. It may mean that the child would miss an opportunity for extra advantage in life, but so would every other child. And there is alway is the opportunity waiting from the ages from 6 onwards. And then for sure there would be no problem.

Here are some questions about Prana Water

 Can you give more details about it? how to use it. how much it cost. how long does it last in storage?

The best way to use is to drink it. Some people only rub it on the skin for getting rid of age spots, wrinkles on face, and arthritis in the finger joints. For the finger joints, see the video on Arthritis going away. Because the changes are incremental, it is best to take photos at the start of drinking it. If you see the time lapse video of my face, the change is not dramatic until  you compare the first and last photo.

 

The cost is $30 US for continental north america, $50 to other continents with shipping times between 1 to 2 weeks. 

The water seems to last at least 2 weeks. I have had a bottle that was closed up and in sunlight for 3 weeks and at the end of that time the bottle had turned anaerobic and smelled bad due to lack of oxygen. If the bottle was open and in the dark it might last for months. The water that is kept in a open bottle and in some sun continues to grow and get greener.

 how much come in an order and how long will that last typically with daily use?

The order is shipped in a 1 liter water bottle that has been washed out. The bottle size and shape is still being researched for the best way to ship the maximum amount with the lowest shipping cost.

This is a sample really. All that it is designed to do is give you an idea what the water can do for you. You should feel, after the initial introduction period to check for allergies (none has been noted to date), that you have a feeling of well being, a clarity of thought. You will after the bottle has almost being consumed, a period of 2 weeks, be able to see small changes in your skin texture and wrinkles, especially if you rub the wrinkles with the water, as well.

The nail fungus I had is gone now. I just checked myself now. It had just started with irregular ridging and yelow. It's gone now.

I do not know if the parasites would be killed by the strengthened immune system or not. I tend to doubt it. There are limits to this water, just like anything else. I did try the water on scrape on my shin to see what would happen. The water infected the wound, so I stopped and put neosporin on it.

I doubt that it would work on herpes. It is possible that it may help with outbreaks.

I have been cured of restless leg movement, which is associated with diabetes. I have lost 10 ponds with out  even being aware of the weight loss. Weight loss helps with type II diabetes.

I am not sure, as this is a virus. The immune system will be stronger,but able to resist infection? Same with Swine flu.

 and other so-called incurable diseases

I believe that this will help with any age associated disease. Cancers, heart problems, preventing strokes. After all, your body is regressing to a younger state. People that are young do not have those diseases.

. hereditary Hair loss.

My hair, which shows hereditary hair loss is re-growing and turning black again. I was trying an Aurevedic hair treatment  before I started with the PRANA Water, but it had minimal effect after 4 months. After I started drinking the water, my hair is re-growing in places that have not seen hair for 20 years, within weeks.

So am I going to give the hair treatment and see if it was only the water? No, I might discontinue the 

Aurevedic hair treatment when the hair has re-grown. I will wait for the double blind study to find out what works. Right now, I know what is working, even if I don't know exactly.

 Any side effects or adverse reactions?

One side effect that I have noticed is that my hormones are changing. If you see one of the photos in the middle of the time lapse photos, you will see that I have acne on my nose. Just like in puberty, the hormones are going back to a younger time. I controlled the acne by reducing my intake of the water, over a period of a week. I am using much more water than when that happened. Your body adjusts.

Another note is appropriate at this point, If you go online there is quite a bit of literature about algae being dangerous. There is a story about a dog that went wading in some algae on the water, came out of the lake, licked his coat and died within a minute. 

There are several other algae that could cause damage tot he liver. And this could be over a longer time period. But liver damage shows up on your face as baggy eyes.

So there is a risk if you consume algae in the wild. What about the people that grow algae for a living. They have this issue and the way that they deal with the issue is do an ELISA test. They test for the neurotoxins, but the test takes 5 days before you have results. It is possible for the algae they grow to be contaminated during the 5 days and become toxic. 

And now for the truth. If you read the literature, these companies claim that they never have had an episode with toxic algae. The reason they do the ELISA test is just for marketing, as the toxic algae are nowhere near where they grow their algae. Neither is it near my algae. 

What I do to improve on their testing is by selling only the water that I myself have drunk. That is better than what they do, as I close the 5 day gap by testing it on myself first.

There are algae in municipal drinking water grown in a high intensity of regular sunlight (in the solar energy parlance - 2 suns). The algae is different in that the high amount of sunlight sterilizes the water four times a day, leaving only microscopic plants that can stand that much photonic energy. The algae is grown in a covered system that limits the outside environment from penetrating, unlike other growers, which are wide open to the outside environment.

This high energy system using live microorganisms is why I call it PRANA Water.
